Chapter 2
Dear Father and Bellatrix.
You have now been gone for four years and, according to the Ministry of Magic, I am now the true guardian of Delphini Lestrange-Riddle. I don’t know what you would make of this but surely it has to be better than strangers. I will do my best for her and bring her up as best I can.

Dear Father,
I think you would be proud of Delphi. She is now seven and it seems that she is a parselmouth. She continues to learn about you and Bellatrix, and asks me questions. I wish you were here to tell her yourself.

Dear Father and Bellatrix
Today was Delphi’s first day at school. We decided that it was best to send her to Durmstrang Institute. I don’t know if that is what you would have wanted but it seemed like a good fit for her. Hogwarts was a home for us all but we felt that she would be bullied and tormented there. I was assured that at Durmstrang she would be safe. I hope I did the right thing. I think she wishes she could tell you herself.

Dear Bella
She is certainly your daughter as she enters her teenage years. It seems you give me trouble even when you are not here. I think she is much kinder than you though. Much more respectful. Maybe that is just the world she has grown up in.
Untouchable

Dear Father and Bellatrix
She continues to ask me about you, it has become almost an obsession. She has now graduated Durmstrang and done very well. I think that Uncle’s library has helped. She is surely intelligent. And I hope you are as proud of her as we are.

Dear Father and Bellatrix
I admit it. I have lost track of her. She has become as upset as I was when I lost you. I need a deluminator to find her. I need her to be happy again.
