Chapter 3
"Okay well we best be on our way." said Ronald in a weary voice. "Merry Christmas," called Harry flatly "Why don't we walk home Ron." I said as I wiped tears from my eyes. "Okay see you tomorrow," said Harry as a tear rolled down his cheek. I looked over at Ginny who was silently crying in her hands. I walked over to her and gave her a big hug. "It will be alright." I said. She smiled and hugged me back. "Bye." I called. Ron and I walked out the door. "Oh, here's your wand." I said and handed Ron his wand. Ron looked me in the eyes. "Do you really believe that?" "Believe what?" I asked. "That it will be alright." he said. "Of course.." I breathed. Ron closed his eyes. "Harry told me his scar started to pain him again." Ron said in a hushed tone. "What? Why didn't you-" Ron cut me off. "Do you feel that?" A chill ran over my body. I looked up, "Dementors!" called Ron. I pulled out my wand at the same time as Ron. "Expecto Patrolum!" We called. A otter came out of my wand and a Jack Russell Terrier out of his. The dementors left as quickly as they had came. "Did you know Jack Russell Terriers are know for chasing otters?" Ron asked. I looked up, Sure enough his patronus was chasing mine. I smiled. The rest of the walk home was silent as our animals followed us. When we got to our house the front door was open. Hugo and Roses wands were lying on the floor. Ron and I looked at each other and ran all around the house. "Hugo! Rose!" I called. "HERMIONE!" Ron yelled. I ran upstairs, in his hand he had a note. "Dear Weasly family," Ron read aloud. "We have your offspring and you'll never see them again if you don't hand over Harry Potter. Sincerely, The Death Eaters" It felt like we were back at Hogwarts watching our world crumble in front of our eyes. "We can't tell Harry." Ron said immediately. "Don't you see Ron? It's happening again. The dementors the note, THEY WANT HARRY AGAIN! They will rise with a new leader! If we don't tell him the kids could be killed or anyone else! I can't watch people I love drop dead Ronald we need to tell Harry!" I cried. All the sudden Ginny ran in with tears streaming down her cheeks. "It's Luna she's gone missing!" she cried. "Lets go to St. Mungos." I said. "Why?" Ron asked. "To get our children back." I replied and with on swift motion I was out the door.
