Protective Gear

There are six basic things every Herbologist needs for protection: 

• Apron/Smock
• Herbologists work with lots of messy things, from dirt to Dragon dung to Bubotuber pus. This protects your clothing from all sorts of nasties!
  
• Close-toed Shoes
• Please wear these at all times in the greenhouse; they keep one's toes from being crushed by a falling plant or Bouncing Bulb!
  
• Dragon-hide Gloves
• Dragonhide Gloves protect the wearer from exposing skin on the arms and
  hands to any worrisome/dangerous parts of a plant whilst handling.
  Herbologists should always have one pair handy, and generally also have a
  spare. 
• Earmuffs

• Used by Herbologists for protection against the sounds of dangerous
  plants, Ear-muffs are an essential piece of equipment for any
  greenhouse. Also handy for making sure one does not get nasty things in one's ears (Bubotuber pus, for example
  

• Wand

• The wand can be used to cast protective spells over your plants, or to
  protect yourself from plants that intend to harm you, by using defensive
  spells.
  

• Mask/Protective Spell
• A mask or protective spell should be worn should a Herbologist be working with plants with strong odours or gasses.
