As you might imagine I myself do have a "last will and testament" because I am of course, alive to tell you the story. I have two.
I, Sarah Louisa Weasley née Snape-Riddle, declare that my worldly possessions be transferred to that of my husband Charles Weasley. In the event that my death should occur before my children have reached the age of 17, I leave them in the care of guardians. These are to be named thus:
1) CHARLES WEASLEY
2) GEORGE WEASLEY
3) DRACO MALFOY
4) HARRY POTTER
5) HERMIONE GRANGER-WEASLEY
To Delphini Lestrange-Riddle I gift diary of Tom Marvolo Riddle.
To Severina Weasley I gift the locket of Merope Riddle née Gaunt.
To Bertie Weasley I gift the ring of Marvolo Gaunt.
I hope they never have to read this. But these are for you. I love you all.
