Severina Snape
Chapter 1
The Last Will and Testament of Severina Vivienne Snape (She was in reality a Riddle but everything had been done in secret.) therefore:
I, Severina Vivienne Snape, declare that my worldly possessions be transferred to that of my daughter Sarah Louisa Snape. In the event that my death should occur before she is to turn to the age of 17, I leave her in the care of guardians. These are to be named thus:
1) TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE X
2) SEVERUS SNAPE
3) NARCISSA MALFOY
4) JULIA DIGGORY
5) MINERVA MCGONAGALL
So, for your explanation, Tom Marvolo Riddle, was my father and her husband at the time and few would have realised that this. They may also have just thought it a coincidence. As you all know he died only 10 months after my mother and so I was put with my Uncle Severus Snape. Narcissa Malfoy was next on the list and as I believe, my godmother. She did end up looking after me, although is was on my father’s orders. When I discovered this document in 1998 it was because I was with the Aurors and we were allowed to look at documents that others are not permitted to. Julia Diggory was Cedric’s mother and had loved after me on many occasions. Finally, Minerva McGonagall. The head of my mother’s house at Hogwarts, and obviously a large influence in her life. There were no other possessions of worth to add to the list, nothing that she wanted given away, or at least nothing that she told the Ministry about. In my belief there were plenty of things that she wanted to give to friends and loved ones, perhaps that she only told her brother about, but due to the nature of her death he did not fulfil them or perhaps they were just things for him. I don’t know.
