You Aren't the Same
Chapter 17
It wasn’t long until the four friends were reunited and on their way to Hogwart again. But before any of that was possible to happen, they were separated again. Ron and Hermione were on the Hogwarts Express, but Harry and Renè were stuck on the other side.
“Harry, we can’t get in the flying car! Neither of us know how to drive!” Renè said to Harry.
“Take a chill pill please.” He muttered in response before they both got into the flying car. Renè sighed and leaned her head against the passenger side window. Harry tried to figure out how to drive it the best he could, although he was miserably failing to do so.
“Do you have any idea what you’re doing?” Renè asked.
“What’s your problem!? Last year you’d be the one doing things like this and now you’re against them!” Harry yelled at her as he succeeded to get the car going.
Renè started crying. “You idiot! Sorry things happen!” she yelled back, her voice shaking.
“Rey, I’m sorry I didn’t mean-I mean you just aren’t the same.” Harry said, regretting what he had said to her before.
“Forget it! Just shut up you idiot!” Renè yelled.
“Rey, I really a-”
“I said shut up!”
And after those words the two went to Hogwarts in complete silence. Renè was so upset she didn’t even care that her whole arm was covered in blood. Harry wanted to help her, but Renè wouldn’t listen to him when he said anything. Soon enough they crashed into the Whomping Willow and Renè passed out.
Later they found themselves in Snape’s office, Renè having no clue what happened and Harry confused why Renè suddenly forgot the fight. Renè was leaning against Harry for support, since she was really light headed from the amount of blood on her arm. When they were assured they weren’t expelled, just in trouble, they made their way to the Gryffindor Common Room. As soon as they made it in there Harry sat Renè on the couch, ignoring Hermione’s lecture and Ron’s questions.
