Potioneers Herbarium
This book is an exhaustive study-compendium of the plants used in potions. A basic book for any potionner. Left unpublished since the death of one of the most famous potion maker of our times, L. Hope Wood, and now brought back to the bookshops with the help of her husband, Joseph Wood. L. Hope Wood died in 2004 from an incurable decease, though the circumstances of her death are still uncertain and many think that she died from an unsuccessful potion's experience. One thing we know for sure, she gave a strong and crucial contribution to the development of the Amentis Potion that allows progress in the case of insanities caused by Unforgivable Curses, as Imperius and Cruciatus curses. 'Potioneers Herbarium' was being written by Hope, she intended to make an universal index/compendium of all known plants, whether magical or mundane, used in the various potions. However, she died before she finished it. Her husband and some potionner colleagues and herbologists friends, joined together to finish this book in memory and tribute to Hope Wood.
