Chapter 4
Andi walks through the hallways, trying to stay as unnoticeable as possible. But of course the kids call out, “Look! It’s witch girl!” She hears whispers such as “I bet her mum taught her how to turn people into frogs,” and “I heard that Andi lives in a spooky castle in the middle of nowhere,”
She continues walking, scurrying past rumors and hurtful words into the bathroom stall she calls ‘home’. She sits down and buries her face in her thin, pale hands. Her stomach rumbles but she ignores the feeling of hunger. Her striking blue eyes has dark bags under them from lack of sleep.
Andi starts shaking until the tears spilled out in waterfalls as she hears the other kids laughing and talking, rushing to class. They don’t know how cruel they can be.
