Location: The Great Hall, Hogwarts Castle, Scotland. 2nd September 1990
GEORGE WEASLEY: Great you belong to a house now.
FRED WEASLEY: Yeah but we’ve lost our regular way into the kitchens, don’t know what we’re gonna do now.
GEORGE WEASLEY: And Filch’s Office!
FRED WEASLEY: No!
LOUISA SNAPE: Don’t worry I’m still, here aren’t I? In fact, I’m possibly even more here.
PERCY WEASLEY: You mean legally here and not wondering around with Peeves or Ghosts, with a proper bed and house to return to.
LOUISA SNAPE: I always had a house to return to Dumbledore knew I was here.
PERCY WEASLEY: Hmmm.
CHARLIE WEASLEY: Don’t bother, he’s starting to get a bit… up himself.
KATIE BELL: Hi, I’m Katie, I’m in your year.
LOUISA SNAPE: Hi, I’m Louisa. This is Charlie, Fred and George.
KATIE BELL: Hi! Do you know our timetables? I lost mine.
LOUISA SNAPE: No, I just know we have to be in the Transfiguration classroom at 10am it’s with Professor
McGonagall. She’s really nice.
KATIE BELL: I guess you know where that is.
LOUISA SNAPE: Err yeah.
LEANNE STORM: Hi, I’m Leanne. Is it true that the Professor is your uncle?
LOUISA SNAPE: (sighs) yeah.
LEANNE STORM: Too bad.
CORMAC McCLAGGAN: Nah you’re made, got it easy I reckon.
DEMEIZA ROBINS: What you talking about?
LOUISA SNAPE: Fred and George are going to try out for the Quidditch Team.
CORMAC McCLAGGAN: Really?
GEORGE WEASLEY: Err yeah, got it made we reckon.
KATIE BELL: I’d love to be on the Quidditch team but I can’t play just yet.
ANGELINA JOHNSON: Yeah sorry no first years. Fred you trying?
FRED WEASLEY: What yeah me and George’ll make an unstoppable team
CHARLIE WEASLEY: Well tryouts are in two weeks so you better have your best game plan on and from what I saw over the summer you should be fine.
FRED AND GEORGE: Excellent
PERCY WEASLEY: Not that you want reminding, I’m sure but it’s almost 10 and you need to be in class. Just a curtesy.
ANGELINA JOHNSON: He is really trying to become a Prefect next year isn’t he.
LOUISA SNAPE: If it means him leaving me alone then fine.
KATIE BELL: Oh Louisa what up! Where’s the classroom?
LOUISA SNAPE: Oh it’s this way. Morning Sir Nicholas!
SIR NICHOLAS: Morning Miss Snape. A good sleep in Gryffindor?
LOUISA SNAPE: Not bad. Any news on the Headless Hunt application.
SIR NICHOLAS: Denied.
LOUISA SNAPE: Yet again? Shame. I think another try and you’ll get it.
SIR NICHOLAS: What great spirit you have. (floats away chuckling to himself about spirits)
KATIE BELL: He seems… err… nice…?
LOUISA SNAPE: He is. This is it. (they enter the classroom but there are no seats together. Louisa takes one
besides Leanne Storm and Katie takes one next to Cormac McClaggan.)
