Chapter 1
It makes me laugh every time. But to get a few ideas I re-read the books. I couldn’t believe how many times the phrase “Even a five-year-old could do it” was delivered by Professor Snape to Harry Potter. I’m laughing with cheek because each time he is making a reference to ME!!!

The last one I read was the difference between Ghosts and Inferi and it is mentioned that ghosts are transparent. Well yes at the age of five I did know ghosts were transparent. I didn’t understand why my mother wasn’t a ghost but never mind.

For those that would like to know, a GHOST as stated by the Ministry of Magic, is the imprint of a soul that was once living. The person in their “living state” was either afraid of dying or holds a strong connection to the realm of the living and is unable to move on to the realm of the dead. They have no true abilities and are in essence stuck in the intermittent stage.

An INFERIUS is the body of a dead person, similar to a zombie, but created through the magical branch of Dark Arts called Necromancy, which is the art of raising the dead. Again at 5-years-old I knew what this was. I couldn’t write a paper about it but I could tell you about it.

There are many occasions that this phrase seems to crop up and, not to sound harsh, but if you are at Hogwarts or other wizarding school you should know many of these things. Perhaps I had a strong and overloaded education but I worked hard and hopefully if you are able to read the books you can too.
