In this case it would be Harry but he claims to have broken it into pieces over 20 years ago. If this is true the Deathly Hallows no longer exist.

THE CLOAK OF INVISIBILITY: This was given to the third brother, and one has been passed on through the Potter family for many generations. I am sure of that. Whether it is this one or not I think we can be unsure of. But it is certain that he has one.

THE STONE OF RESURECTION: Why did I leave this till last? This is the stone that was passed down through the Gaunt line to Merope Gaunt. What became of it? This is actually the only one I know for sure. It took its place among those that were to find it. It was concealed within a snitch. It was used at the Battle of Hogwarts and perhaps will be used again. It is not destroyed. It is waiting. It is perhaps the reason I am writing to you today. The stone is safe. The stone has kept me and my family safe. It shall remain this way. I hope.
