Platform 9 3/4 - Draco P.O.V
Chapter 5
I insist on walking alone onto the platform and onto the train. I want a fresh start. That is after all, why I wrote to Mcgonagall about being head boy. Maybe then people will view me differently. I am so entranced by the thought of a new beginning, that I bump into someone.
“Ooops, sorry don’t mind me.” I say, looking at the person, “oh it’s you, Granger.” I try to bring myself to say something mean, but I can’t think of anything. Hermione looks, well great! She is taller than I last saw her, and her hair is cut to shoulder length, making it curly, and less bushy. She has a nice even tan and a more sporty look. She is holding herself differently too, with her shoulder back more, and a look that screams new and improved. She looks me up and down as I am sizing her up.

a/n sorry this is such a short chapter. I thought it would be good to stop there. In a couple of chapters, it will pick up the length. I promise!
