Do you wanna hear something funny?

Maybe it will make you laugh real hard.

Then again, you might just think I'm crazy,

A little twisted and scarred.

Like me, how many are out there?

How many will it take for you to see?

Everyone is at least a little crazy,

It's just a matter of one's take on reality.

It has it's potential,

If the world smiled just like me.

Maybe lots of fire and destruction,

But what a sight it would be.

You were cast the daring hero,

And I supplied your crazy villain.

What fun is the world for you

If I don't do a little killin'?

I may have hurt you once or twice.

Okay, a few more, but that's the key.

It's me proving to you

Our pair is mean to be.

I'll infect a little with venom,

Provide the world some laughter.

You'll come in to save the day

Trying to restore the balance after.

We'll go at it again and again,

It's a never ending cycle, you see.

Maybe we're not too different,

One man's reality is another's insanity.

One day we'll kill each other,

That's a promise, not a threat.

But for now, how about that something funny,

Ready to hear it yet?
