MEROPE RIDDLE née GAUNT

MEROPE RIDDLE
Merope née Gaunt was my paternal grandmother. 1907-1926. Even he never met her. She died just after he was born. From her I am a descendent of Salazar Slytherin. I think she was fairly short in comparison, which explains why I am slightly shorter than my parents but she too had long, dark hair. I imagine if she did go to Hogwarts, which I’m unsure whether she did, she would also have been put in Slytherin.
It seems that she was very good at potions because she concocted a Love Potion and was able to woe her love of Tom Riddle Snr. I imagine that she would be very jealous of my other grandmother for having the power to woe any man she wanted, even if he ended up beating her up in the end.
