Chapter 1
(so here's how this is gonna work. I will say the names of the stuff, then say how bad it is out of ten and what it means)
Depression 10/10
Meaning: a mental condition characterized by feelings of severe despondency and dejection, typically also with feelings of inadequacy and guilt, often accompanied by lack of energy and disturbance of appetite and sleep
Insomnia 8.5/10
Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep. The condition can be short-term (acute) or can last a long time (chronic). It may also come and go. Acute insomnia lasts from 1 night to a few weeks. Insomnia is chronic when it happens at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more
Anorexia 6/10 (I'm working on it)
Meaning: lack or loss of appetite for food (as a medical condition).
Seizures 10/10 (deadly)
A seizure is a sudden, uncontrolled electrical disturbance in the brain. It can cause changes in your behavior, movements or feelings, and in levels of consciousness. If you have two or more seizures or a tendency to have recurrent seizures, you have epilepsy. There are many types of seizures, which range in severity
Sleep paralysis 10/10
Meaning: Sleep paralysis is a state, during waking up or falling asleep, in which a person is aware but unable to move or speak. During an episode, one may hallucinate (hear, feel, or see things that are not there), which often results in fear. Episodes generally last less than a couple of minutes.
Night terrors 10/10
Meaning: Episodes of screaming, intense fear, and flailing while still asleep, often paired with sleepwalking.
schizophrenia 8.9/10
Schizophrenia is characterized by thoughts or experiences that seem out of touch with reality, disorganized speech or behavior, and decreased participation in daily activities. Difficulty with concentration and memory may also be present.
anxiety 10/10
A mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities
Passive aggressive disorder 10/10
of or denoting a type of behavior or personality characterized by indirect resistance to the demands of others and an avoidance of direct confrontation, as in procrastinating, pouting, or misplacing important materials.
PTSD 10/10
A disorder in which a person has difficulty recovering after experiencing or witnessing a terrifying event.
OCD 8/10 (getting better, slowly)
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder in which time people have recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas or sensations (obsessions) that make them feel driven to do something repetitively (compulsions).
