Nora sat down by the edge of the lake, wondering. When.....

Hey Nora! U busy? *I come upto u and sit down beside u by the edge of the lake*

"AH! You scared me!" Nora says. "No im not, just thinking"

I giggled. "Sorry for barging in on your thoughts then..any ways...what were u thinking??", I say, stretching out my legs

*rolls eyes
"Why, would I tell you?!" Nora says jokingly.

"fine don't say..but pls talk about something...I just can't sit here pointlessly​.."

"Where have u been?"

"library," Jane said tonelessly ,"I am lagging behind on Potions"

"Ah, actually, i was thinking about DADA." Nora says.

"uh-huh..and??"

"Nothing" Nora says. "Nothing, just how interesting it is, don't you think so?!"

I narrowed my eyes at u. " What hpnd at DADA?? U feeling alright??" I tilt my head to one side.

"Yeah," Nora said. "The thing is, I got and E, and I normally get an O!"

I stare at u, my mouth hanging open. I suddenly stand up and seize ur arm. "U need to see Madam Pomfrey... seriously..up-up... hospital wing.."

"uh, OHHHHH GEEZ. I DIDN'T SEE THAT!" nora yelled, running w/ jane.

"Seriously..what's wrong with an E...that also just ONCE....and it's not your OWL or NEWT..." I shake my head in disbelief

"Idk, "

calm down, okay?? U r worrying too much..u need to take a break from studies.."

"yes, i do. thx. Cocoa?!" Nora asks, as she pulls out a fresh hot chocolate out beside her. "I got it this morning at breakfast and decided to warm it up"

"half half, 'kay?," I have some and pass it back to u.."so...how do we spend this LOONNGGG afternoon??"

"Meh, Quidditch, i mean I would watch, u could play."

I shake my head. "It's difficult to believe that u have been in the wizarding world for so long.

Quidditch is a team game...it cannot be played single..u need an opponent", I explain to u like I am explaining a five year old why an apple falls to the ground. "Got it?? So it cannot be that only I play and u watch.."

"Ah, srry, my mind is weird today" Nora says grabbing her head. "You have any suggestions?"

I think for sometime. "Well actually, I do." I take your hand and make u stand up. "The thing we will do to get u alright is very simple," I say as we start walking around the edge of the black lake. "I find this a very effective way of stress management...". I come to a halt. "..and that is.."

"God, no, i'm leaving, good bye" Nora says. "I'm going to the library, then i'll be at dinner"

"wait, wait...this is a very effective method", I grab your hand and push u into the lake and then jump in myself, laughing.

"HAHA, Jane, why did u push me?" Nora says, getting out.

"I very well knew u won't be a good girl and listen to me if I said what I was going to do.." I pout at u, laughing. "Now we can head for the library"..

Nora rolls her eyes.

I pull u into the castle. "Heard 'bout the next hogsmeade weekend??"

"Yeah, why?" Nora says. She has an idea of what jane is going to say and she hopes she's wrong.

u gonna sit in the library for this one too or has someone managed to convince u to come to come along with him", I ask with a sly smile.

'Crap' Nora thinks. "idk" she says. "I have to get to the library" She says as she walks away. Her suspicions were correct.

I narrowed my eyes. This was definitely suspicious. "Hey, wait up..I need the library too", I say running after u.

"Fine" Nora says.

"Can u suggest me a book that can help me write my essay on moonstones", I say scanning the many shelves of the library.

Nora stops and puts her hand on a book on the wall. "There" Nora says. "And where were you going w/ the Hogsmeade thing?"

"No where", I smirked. "Just wondering who that lucky person might be..."

"Well," Nora started to say "There isn't a lucky person sadly" Nora walked away and up to her common room.

"wait-what?!", Jane stared as Nora went up to her common room.
After an hour or so.. Jane was pacing in front of Nora's common room door thinking how she could get in..

Nora opened the portrait hole. "There is no other way to get in Jane, I'll see u in the morning" She said as she closed the portrait hole and went up to bed. The next morning Nora went down back to the lake and sat back down in her usual spot and pulled out her muggle book, a graphic novel. Even though Nora was a witch, she loved reading her muggle books from back home.

Jane went and stood behind her and cleared her throat.

"oh, hi" Nora says blankly. She stares off into the lake, the morning sun shining off of the glittery waters.

She cleared her throat again.

"What?!" Nora says as she stands up.

She takes out a paper and reads from there.
"I searched far and wide but I found none like u. I considered some, but in comparison to thou they were nothing. So, I beg of u, will thou come to hogsmeade with me?" , I do a mock prince bow and stretch out my hand.

"Oh, sure, that sounds nice" Nora says. She places her book on the ground and dives into the black lake, falling into it's depths.

"what?! Hey! I did not speak on the behalf of the giant squid, u know!!"

Nora secretly popped up at the entrance to the castle and sat down on the stairs. "Accio book!" She said, a little to loudly. Her book came flying over and she caught it and propped it open on her knees. The book was her 5th grade yearbook.

"Nora-Nora!!", Jane shouted into the lake. Then she noticed the book Nora was reading flying away. She followed it and reached her. "Aha! Very clever! But not clever enough!"

"Whatever" Nora says. She looks down at one of the pictures and blushes but notices that jane was looking so she quickly closed the book and got up. "shall we go?" Nora asked

"Go where? U know what...u r acting very strange.."

"Yeah, well. The thing is... well... I can't tell u, not after I agreed." Nora says tears coming to her eyes. She looked back down at her yearbook. "You'll find the answer in there, 3rd page, I folded the corner" She looked back at Jane then ran back to her common room.

Jane stared at her as she ran away. She then sat down and opened the yearbook to the third page and started reading it.

There was a picture of a dance, a formal one. Nora had her arm around a boy. They were posing for the camera. Nora was wearing a stunning blue dress while the boy was wearing a sweatshirt and shorts. The thing was, That boy was there at Hogwarts.
