Vibrations
Chapter 9
You are constantly in a state of vibration, just as is everything in existence however you can alter your vibrations from your thoughts!
Before I explain more on that I bring that up to explain part of this- when you are in a state of higher vibration what you want to manifest comes easier and magic happens more quickly and effectively. If you are in a state of lower vibration it slows the whole process or just makes it a dud, so to speak.
Now to raise vibrations just laugh your ass off! laugh at others, laugh at yourself, laugh at funny things on tv or in books, picture funny scenarios.. just have fun! be happy, think happy and positive thoughts, start consciously changing phrases to be more positive and try not to let depression, jealousy, anger or bitterness get the better of you- at least not for long at all.. what this does is it raises your energetic vibrations and when your vibrations are higher they can more easily align with the vibrations of your goal! and like attracts like!
There is a POWERFUL Hebrew Prayer that really raises vibrations to extraordinary levels (with your own work towards it too of course!)
