The rare plant of Mimbulus Mimbletonia has originated in Assyria. It is probable that it was named after another plant with the name of Mimulus. The Mimulus, also known as the Monkeyflower, was discovered and used around 1920 to counter anxiety. This remedy was developed by Dr. Edward Bach, an English bacteriologist, homeopathy, and spiritual writer.
