The note
Chapter 3
Hermione finally came out of the common room at dinner. She rushed downstairs as if she'd been starved. She sat in her usual spot, next to Lavender and Ginny. Then she found a note in her spot that said:
DEAR HERMIONE,
MEET ME BY THE LAKE AFTER DINNER.
FROM UNKNOWN.
She decided to keep this a secret. She moved to the end of the table without Ginny or Lavender noticing, and sat by herself, wondering who the note could be from. She ate her potatoes and her meatloaf and went to the lake.
When she got there, it was dark and she could see someone's shadow. She went over to them and before she could figure out who it was, her lips were clung to theirs. She let it keep going, but then stopped. She did not want to be kissing a stranger! She looked at the person and kissed them more. They stopped, and finally she said something. Hi Draco are the words that came out of her mouth. "Hi" he said. They went their separate ways and lived on with their life.
