It's been almost a week since I've even been to the Hogwarts site now. It's not for lack of interest, not at all. I'm still very excited for all my classes. What happened was, well... the muggle world happened, I suppose. This is the problem with being in a muggle school at the same time as taking courses at Hogwarts, not to mention the problem with not physically being in the school. Stuff can happen that takes you away from your studies.

Easter's here and so my family took a short vacation to our summer cottage. For a whole week. With no internet. Yeah. In some ways it was good for me though, it allowed me to focus on my muggle studies for a while. I have my finals coming up soon and I really must pass them.

That's a nice thing about this online version of Hogwarts. There's no deadlines (at least, not for first years). I can focus on my muggle school for a bit without falling behind or having my grades lowered for missing classes, you can't miss something that's not on a set time. I like that freedom (which isn't to say that I won't start working on catching up immediately xp ).

I guess I just felt like writing down that I'm happy to be back.
