Nightreader'S Notes
I'm told keeping a journal is a good way to stay organized (at least, that's what my mother says) so I'm giving it a go.
This notebook will contain my class notes and some essays as well as random thoughts about my daily life at Hogwarts.

Entry 5 - Extra Points
Chapter 4
I was pretty confused when I arrived today when I found that my point total had gone up to 72. Why was I confused? I did, after all, have two assignments left to be graded. However, so far I've only ever gotten 10 points for an assignment... and yesterday I only had 50 points.
After some inquiries I found out from a fellow student that you can get extra points for excellent essays! Which means I wrote one! >w<
I felt I had to write this down, I've rarely felt this proud of myself! I just wish I knew which essay I got the extra points for. Since I only had the two left to be graded I can guess it must be one of them but... somehow it seems insane for me to get 2 extra points for a simple self introduction or a description of how I'm going to write my class journal for Charms (both were Charms assignments). Maybe the professor just really liked my enthusiasm or something?
Whatever the reason, I got extra points! *happy dances* :D
