I had a lot of problems. I didn't trust myself and I just hated myself. But now I have realised that being yourself is unique and special and I trust myself and love myself so the messages to my past self are two things :
~trust yourself
~love yourself
trusting yourself is the most important. Before you trust someone else you should gain trust for yourself
