Chapter 2
1. Leave the room and find an ice cube, rubber band, or red marker.
2. if using ice cube just hold it on your skin where you would normally cut.
3. if using rubber band, snap it on your wrist.
4. if using red marker draw on skin where you cut.
5. put the knife away, far far far away and don't think about sharp things.
6. hug pillows.
JJ sent this when I almost cut and you do the same when you feel like cutting
When you do cut, (again don’t) clean it with water and put a band aid, gauze, or something over to stop any bleeding
