On a cold rainy day
in August Raven was visited at the orphanage by Professor Dumbledore. Raven was
quite excited since she had never gotten a visitor before. But wasn’t sure how
to react when she saw the older man, in clothing she wasn’t use to. She also
had a tendency to stare at his long beard when they first meet. Professor
Dumbledore began to explain to Raven that she was a witch, and was invited to
come to school at Hogwarts. Raven accepted generously. She was excited to
finally get out of the orphanage, but when she was told she would have to come
back during the summers she refused. Dumbledore saw how persistent she was and
agreed to find a way to not have to come back to the orphanage.
