“Mr. Altaer.” The Professor said,
“Before I eat this cookie, inspected by the trusted professor Darkstorm, I’d
like to see your essay.”

“Ahh....” He mumbled.

“Well, it’s not hard, just bring it
over.”

He stumbled down the stairs, and stood
before her.

“Really, Celeste.” Darkstorm said, “You
simply must try the cookie at least.” 

“Shut up, Henrick. Well, Scott?”

He stared at professor Darkstorm,
looking quite shocked.

“Celeste?”

“It’s ‘Professor’, she said, leaning in
closely. “Apparently, you forgot to make sure there was no ministry meeting
today, which Professor Darkstorm happened to leave for this morning! Who are
you?!”

“Dian Frost” Darkstorm said.

“Mr. Altaer,” She raged. “Do you know
how serious this is? Have you got any idea?”

“I sneaking suspicion.” He said.

“Well, you’ll not be waiting very long
for this one. Now, what is the essay?

“My chocolate chip recipe.”

The professor actually giggled. “Not
bad. I’ll have to try the cookies some time. But for now, follow me.”
