How to beat your grief
Chapter 1
Step 1 :
Do the things you love that make you happy. For example: do you like to read? Read on. Do you like watching Youtube? Watch Youtube. Do things you love
Duration: every day
2nd step :
Stop thinking about your pain, the thing that makes you sad. Do things you love by forgetting your pain, make it like your pain does not exist. Forget it
Duration: every day
Step 3:
Dance. No matter the style of dance, dance to relieve your pain, to take out everything you have on your heart with gestures.
Do this for about 3 minutes, to music you love.
Duration: every day
Step 4:
Do not listen to sad music. It will make you even sadder than you already are. Listen to happy music, the music of the moment. Music you love.
Duration: every day
Step 5:
Do not take objects, do not look at photos that remind you of the subject of your sentence. Even after your sentence is gone, don't look at these pictures for a long time. It will still make you sad. Don't think about the thing that makes you sad. Forget it
Duration: until at least 1 month has elapsed
Step 6:
Confide in your friends who you trust the most. Of course HiH, only people you "really" knew. You will feel relieved to have told someone about it. If you don't want to talk about it, write it down somewhere on a piece of paper. You will feel better. Write on a piece of paper what worries you, what bothers you.
Duration: quad you feel you want to die, when you are sad that you don't want to do anything with your life
Step 7:
Happy. That's it ! Your pain disappeared! You feel happy and good about yourself! Tell me on my wall or in a message if this book has helped you.
But you will still be a little sad at the bottom, but much less than before.
