What if Harry had an older sister? What if she was famous and not him? Everything would be different, wouldn't it? (Feedback is very welcome! And I'm still updating!)

The Potions Master
Chapter 11
"Charlotte. Wake. Up!" I scream at her, whacking her in the face between each word. She moans and begins to stir.
"Mor-morning," she says through yawns. She lets her head hit the pillow again.
"Oh no you don't!" I say, grabbing her shoulders. "Breakfast!"
"Ooh, breakfast," she sighs. I'd used the magic word. She gets out of bed and stumbles to our bathroom to get ready. I sit on my bed and braid my hair into one french braid. Charlotte comes out and I link arms with her. We gallop down the stairs where Cedric is waiting.
"Jeez, I know boys get ready quicker than girls but you take forever!" he complains.
"I've been ready for ages!" I say indignantly. "It was Charlotte!"
"Sure it was," he says. I sigh and link arms with him too. We walk to the Great Hall with our arms linked. I sit down next to them at the Hufflepuff table. I grab some toast and start buttering it. Professor Sprout gives me my timetable. I groan.
"Double Defence and then History!" I say, annoyed. Charlotte sighs in sympathy and then reads hers.
"Hey, at least we're suffering together!" Charlotte says. "And look on the bright side, we'll be able to see how good Care of Magical Creatures is and then we've got Herbology. Potions after that and that ain't too bad."
Cedric looks at his timetable. He's the year above me. I look up at the staff table and see Severus nodding curtly at me.
"Bye guys, I just-er, gotta go see Severus," I say. They know about mine and his relationship so I don't say Snape. I walk over to the staff table ditching my duffel bag.
"Hi Emily," he says and walks with me into a side room.
"Hey, Severus," I say.
"So, er, have you told your brother about this," he asks.
"No, I haven't. I will in a bit. After all, he should probably know that you're my godfather," I say. Yes, Severus is my godfather. Dad wasn't too keen on the idea at first from what I've heard but Severus was Mum's best friend so he let it slide.
"Uh. If you wouldn't mind, I'd rather him not know," he says. I furrow my brow in confusion.
"He's not Dad," I say in exasperation. "He has Lily's eyes. You should love him and look out for him."
"I will, but I don't want him to know," he says. I know there is no chance of changing his mind.
"Okay, I won't tell him," I say. He pulls me into a hug. I then walk out. I jerk back in surprise when I see the twins gaping at me.
"What's wrong?" I ask, confused.
"What-what's wrong, you ask?" George says. "You -you just-you hugged Snape!"
"You know it's wrong on so many levels to be with a teacher romantically!" Fred finishes. I mentally face palm. I haven't told the twins that Severus is my godfather because they're convinced he's evil.
"Jeez guys," I complain, laughing. "I'm not dating a teacher. He's my godfather."
"He..He..He's what?" Fred asked weakly. I gave him a 'really?' look.
"Mr...Mr Evil...Mr Evil is your...is your godfather?" George confirms.
"Yup," I say. "I didn't tell you guys because you're Gryfindors and well, you have good reason to hate Severus."
"But. But you hated Snape," George splutters, very confused.
"No. You hated Severus and I pretended I did for your sake," I explain.
"Harry. Is he pretending to hate Snape, too?" Fred asks.
"He already hates Severus?" I ask with a sigh. "No. I haven't told him and Severus doesn't want me to either, so don't you dare! Now, if you'll excuse me, I have breakfast to finish."
I wave bye to the twins who look at me in absolute confusion. I let out an exasperated sigh.
"What was that about?" Cedric asks. I explain everything Snape said and about telling the twins.
"You didn't tell him about the cut?" Charlotte asks scoldingly. (A.N I know scoldingly isn't a word but I didn't know what to write instead XD)
"No. I forgot," I lied swiftly. I didn't really want Severus to know.
