Another Day

Chapter 7
"Please can we go over the plan again?" Eloise begged. Although she didn't care much about Harry Potter, she was stuck in this world and she didn't know how long it'd be for. She didn't want to endanger herself. Irritatingly, her friends hadn't told her who the heir actually was (they didn't think her acting skills would be up to it) so she was going to be stuck in a room with a possibly very dangerous boy. The other side of her mind knew that she'd be fine, Jocelyn, Ella and Rhianna must have thought this through.
"Really?" Lebron sighed. He'd had to go over it about eight times by now. He wasn't a nervous boy, but Eloise was making him doubt the plan.

"Ready?" Ella asked later on when all of the friends and the trio were gathered in Myrtle's bathroom. The five that were going to have the potion nodded. "Add the hairs."
The friends looked in disgust as Eloise's potion turned a shade of orange very reminiscent to the colour of sick. Lebron's reminded the friends of poo.
"Lovely," Evan said sarcastically. They all giggled nervously.
"Bottoms up," Ella said in a falsely cheery voice. The five drank their potions. Lebron, Harry, Ron and Hermione ran into cubicles feeling sick. Eloise didn't make it that far. She projectile vomited all over the floor.
"Eww," Jocelyn cried. Lucas fake gagged to James.
"Nice," Evan commented.
"Shut up," Eloise said. But it wasn't Eloise, it was Alexis. Well, it was Eloise, but she was Alexis.
The others (minus Hermione) exited the cubicles looking like the horrid Slytherins.
"Use the correct voices and go," Rhianna told them.
"But, Hermione," Harry said, unsure.
"Just go," all eight friends chorised. They ran off.
"Hermione, can we come in?" Rhianna asked.
"Yeah! I want to see you looking like a cat!" Lucas said. A sob broke out from Hermione. Ella facepalmed. Lucas was so like Ron; the subtlety of a blunt axe.
"A bit of sensitivity?" Ella suggested with a roll of her eyes.
"Hermione, it'll be fine, we won't judge," Jocelyn said kindly. Hermione opened the door. She looked quite amusing and it took a lot for the six friends not to laugh. Ella stuck her finger into Hermione's glass and licked it. She scrunched her face up and then pulled the strangest face ever. Then she turned into a cat. Ella's friends all sighed at her stupidity.
"Did she really just do that?" Hermione asked.
"Yes," Evan said exasperatedly. All of the friends knew that Ella would be stuck like that for a while. The annoying thing for them was the fact Ella knew, too. In fact, Ella knew better than any of them.
"I was curious," Ella said in a kind of defeated defence. They all shook their heads at her.
"I can hear the voice again," James suddenly said, alarmed. Ella went to go out the door to check.
"No, Ella," Rhianna said, desperately trying to stop her friend.
"What? There isn't an attack tonight; I'll be fine," Ella said.
She heard Rhianna's next words but ignored them anyway, "You're not here tonight."
She walked out of the bathroom and saw a pair of bright yellow eyes reflected from a mirror hanging next to her. She had time to think "Great" before she lost all forms of consciousness.
"Ella!" a frantic Eloise called as she rushed to the corridor. She could just about make out that this cat was her best friend. They'd just finished their interrogation of Malfoy.
"She's been petrified, as a cat..." Harry muttered confused. They all walked into the bathroom.
"Ella, thank goodness you're-" Jocelyn started to sigh in relief and then noticed that it wasn't Ella who'd come in. She tensed up in anticipation, "Ella?"
"Petrified," Harry said grimly. Then he scrunched up his nose. "Somehow as a cat."
The children looked at each other aghast.
