When Chloe was about two years old, Bradley Noland got married to a witch named Stella. Chloe absolutely hated her. Stella was a terrible person. She was always rude to Chloe and that made Bradley become Very mean too. They called DCS (Department of Childrens Services) on Chelsey multiple times for lies that they had made up. One time, Chloe was taken away from Chelsey and Josh, which she called Daddy Josh at the time. But, Bradley drilled it into her head that Josh wasn't her dad and never would be, but Josh was a better dad than Bradley Either way. Chloe started calling him Joshy instead. One time Bradley Called DCS and it got so bad that it ended in therapy for Chloe. Chloe Hated it, but not as much as she hated her father's new Wife.
