Bradley fought for his daughter in court, but this was mainly because his family wanted her and believed that she should be with them. After a long time fighting in court her mother, Chelsey, won the battle and got custody of her daughter. The agreement was that Chelsey got Chloe most of the week and Bradley got her for the rest. But it soon became another problem because Bradley had just been dropping Chloe off with his parents, Linda and Jimmy. Chelsey knew about this and took to the court. She knew that he had only been spending the weekends with his daughter. $3 was added to his child support. Chloe only went to her dad's on the weekends. Bradley didn't want his daughter though and tried to sign his rights over, but his family wouldn't let him. Maybe it would've been better for Chloe if he had signed his rights over to Chelsey.
