My name is Celeste Evergreen, and I am the co-manager of the Hogwarts Daily News. And before you ask, no, this is not an advertisement, this is a call for help, a warning, and a piece of information. We need your support, so I ask that you read this and do so.

So, "sabotaged?" you ask. Yes, the Hogwarts Daily News has faced an obstacle in our way. Well, several, actually.

Let me explain what I mean by sabotaged.

So, the HDN has a google slideshow where we keep all of our articles and issues that are done or in progress. However, lately, someone in the HDN group has been messing with the slides.

A few days ago, like maybe on July 1 or June 30 or something, one of the members of the HDN (all official HDN members have access to the slideshow, not interns though) messed up the spelling on all the articles on the google slideshow. They added the letter h in random words and took out the letter h in random words. And therefore, it made almost all the words misspelled. We took quite a while trying to fix all the spelling mistakes, and we posted in the HDN and asked who did this terrible thing. No one came forward and said they did it.

Then, today, July 2, someone (the same person most likely) DELETED MORE THAN HALF OF THE SLIDES IN THE GOOGLE SLIDESHOW (40 SLIDES TO BE EXACT). And this is something we cannot fix. We cannot undo this action.

As my friend and fellow co-worker, Beezer Grange wrote:

The most terrible thing is that whoever did this was someone on the official HDN. And that is what saddens me the most. Someone on our on team did this.

So, I now will address you, the reader, and say that we need your support. We need your love. And we need you. So please continue to support us.

And now I ask that whoever did these terrible things, please JUST STOP and tell us who you are. If you tell us now, we will let it go, but if you don't, you will be punished (sorry if that is too harsh, but if you tell us now we won't have to do this!) and we will most likely ask you to leave.

Please please please, JUST STOP.

I would also like to say that we may miss a few days for an HDN issue because now we have like 5 or more less issues, so please excuse us.
