Harry, stepping into a boat, glanced around and saw that there was about twenty first year students. Not many, but Harry was still nerves with all the people. "All right inter the boats." the giant man (with the name of Hagrid, Harry had heard someone say it) grunted to the kids that were still standing at the bay. Harry gripped the side of the boat as two other kids came in right before the boats started moving... one of the kids was a small girl with a sharp look in her eyes. She had black hair and her nose was slightly raised. The boy sitting next to her was scared looking and plump, a bit like Dudley, Harry's cushion who he had never met, with blond hair. Well, Lily said that Dudley had blond hair, but Harry wasn't sure.

They were halfway to Hogwarts and Harry could hear the kids in front whispering about how amazing the school looked. Guessing that they could see Hogwarts already Harry leaned over the boat, trying to get a glance of Hogwarts. Harry felt to hands on his back and he was shoved into the water head first. Under the water his glasses fell off and sunk down in the depths of the lake.
A few seconds of flailing underwater Harry was pulled out of the lake by Hagrid. Everyone was staring at them and Harry, at the moment, just wished that he was still underwater where no one could see him. 'Maybe they COULD see me!' Harry thought, scared. 'What if they did? They must think I'm a complete idiot now, Uncle Sirius would be disappointed...' that last thought was the worst for Harry, Sirius was the one person he looked up to. A couple people laughed as Harry got into the boat again, the black haired girl (who Harry guessed was the one who shoved him in the water) laughed the loudest, pointing at his soaking wet robes and dripping hair.
