Chapter 4
//////changed the chapter title sorry////////
Harry was in his room running around trying to find his new wand that he had already lost. "Where is it?" Harry muttered to himself, digging around in his desk. "DAD?" Harry called out his bedroom door. "COULD YOU HELP ME LOOK FOR MY WAND?"
From the living room James sighed and got up. "Sure." he said as he entered Harry's room. "Where was it last?" Harry rolled his eyes, unknown to James. "Well thanks, that was so helpful I was looking where I put it first!" Harry muttered. James opened some boxes and dressers and they looked through those for about ten minutes before Lily came in. "Boys what are you doing? We're going to be late the train leaves in half an hour." Harry stood up from hunching over, looking behind the desk. "H-half and hour?" he stuttered. "Great, this is wonderful!" James put a hand on Harry's shoulder. "Let mum find it, she can find almost anything." Lily looked at them confused. "Find what- Harry did you lose your wand?" Harry nodded nervously. "That might be true..." Lily sighed and started looking around the room, which was now a mess from James and Harry throwing things aside. "It's right here." Lily said two minutes later. Her hand was pulling something out from under the bed. "How... never mind, thanks mum!" Lily handed over Harry's willow wood and Dragon heartstring core. It was a pretty wand but was very... girly. Harry didn't really like how it looked but it was magic so he took what he could get. "Well let's go then, floo awaits us." James said and left the room.
Harry almost threw up after they got out of the fire place and into the station but felt like it would ruin the moment. Sirius, Remus, James and Lily were all helping to bring Harry's things to the train even though they didn't need to and Harry told them this about three times. "Guys, I've got it!" Harry laughed. "It's only one trunk, I can handle it." Sirius dropped the bag he was holding with books. "Well if you insist I'll just not do anything."
"Sirius pick it back up, we don't need the books dirty already, Hogwarts hasn't even started yet..." Remus sighed. Harry picked up the bag and Sirius forced him to duck out of the way as he tried to mess up his hair. "Uncle Sirius, stop, my hairs already a mess!" Harry said, trying not to smile. "Come on, Harry, it's not like it can get worse anyway." Lily said playfully. They stood in front of the wall leading to the train. "I can't believe my son is going to Hogwarts..." James said quietly. "Dad, my names been done since I was born. You've always known I was going."
Sirius laughed and Remus elbowed him. "Quite it, or the Muggles will start staring." Lily whispered. "Harry take your trolley and run through to get the the Hogwarts Express okay?" Harry nodded and started walking right before Sirius said "Maybe I someone could go with him." Harry sighed and turned. "Uncle Sirius I don't need-" then Harry saw the slightly worried look on his face and bit his lip. "Sure why not?"
