After a week, everyone was finally normal again. But ace and Mathew stayed in a guest room a lot. One day when the others were wondering what the two boys (or well a man and Mathew) do in there. “WHAT THE?!” Alex yelled at a small note was taped up on the wall, posters, notes and a Mathew who was running around in glasses and a scientist jacket. “Hey guys, Mathew is doing something and welcome to the study over Dave!” Ace said popping up right behind the group. Max and jack walked around looking at the note, Crystal and Sirena looked at the pictures, Kia and Tyler followed Mathew around trying to help, and A.j helped Ace of finding more pictures and ingredients. “Ok so I have a feeling none of you understand about David. So 799 years ago some wizards and witches wanted to try to make a clone of themselves. It failed and one of them (the one who they were testing on) got a new personality. They named the new person David. But David started ‘learning’.” Mathew explained. Ace showed pictures of these people but with red eyes. “They get the red eyes when they have total control over the person.” Ace stated. “The David was doing many things. Horrible things. One day a witch learned that David was not a personality. He was a being they summed. He’s true name was Kano the killer. And now he is back. “ Mathew said trying to get bag for Alex. “ what do you mean he is back?” Crystal said as she started helping Mathew. “He means that the wizards and witches were able to seal him off away. I believe sam wanted a clone and it has been done before so he thought he could do it too. Also all witches and wizards forgot about David. So I guess he thought nothing bad would happen. Or well he did not know.” Ace explained while picking up a picture. Max walked over to the note on the wall.

Mathew. David is back. But I cannot prove it. I need your help so I can prove that I’m right. Sam is not back yet. He would never do any of this. Please, help me get my friend back...

“Hey guys, what’s this?” Max asked pointing to the note. “Remember when ace gave me a note that I would not show you? Well it’s that note.” Mathew said as A.j started helping with a new chart. “So why would you not tell us. Or even me! Sam is my childhood friend!” Crystal yelled angrily. “Maybe I thought you should not know because sam could use it to trick you.” Mathew said as he walked to A.j. But crystal realized something. Only her and Mathew were moving. “You better get back to the spot you were before it wears off.” Mathew said walking to Alex and put papers in her hand. “What is this...” Crystal said walking around. Everyone was not moving. “It’s something I use time to time to help me with research. It’s called freezing. It freezes everyone but me and anyone else I want for a while.” Mathew explained. His eyes turned icy blue . Crystal was surprised. “Is it one of your powers?” She said not wanting to mention the color of his eyes. “Yes. Though it does take energy out of me.” “Then go to sleep after. That will get you more energy!” Crystal said hoping that would help. Mathew looked over to her in sadness. “That’s the problem. Demon can’t sleep. I’m a demon werewolf. I can’t and never will sleep.” Mathew said as he got back into the spot he was before. Crystal walked back to the spot she was before. As everyone started moving again. “Look we have no idea how to help but we will do our best.” Alex said walking over to a chart to put up the papers Mathew gave her. They left after a hour and got lots of information about Dave. “Hmm well since we are all here why don’t we go somewhere, for fun at least. Mostly Mathew and ace for getting all that information on Dave.” Alex said.
