A.j Was very sad later that week. Jack barely went out of his house, but they still talked to each other.
“Hey guys. I hope your doing much better.” Max told his brother and friend after the week.
“Hey max, I am feeling better, but I am not too sure about jack.” A.j answers. Jack looked at both of them. He wanted to talk but couldn’t put it in words. They just walked to school that day.
“Jack did you know that mom put maggots in your lunch?” Max said to break the silence.
“Wait WHAT?” Jack replied back.
“Ha! Got you to talk. But anyways, mom didn’t but we need to talk about something, jack your fangs may hurt but it’s normal.”
“Ok wait you both now need to explained this to me better.” A.j said to them.
“Oh, well so when a woman and man love each other very much-“ max started.
“MAX I DON’T MEAN THAT! I mean how are you and jack part vampires and part human?” A.j asked.
“Oh. Well vampire and human marrying make a weird kind of kids. The kids, me and jack, will be a mix.” Max explained. “Both will have monster powers but can be in day light due to this new mutation. And other things, hehe That’s all of it.”
“Oh, but why hasn’t max bit me yet?”
“Well one, human blood tastes bad and two jack let’s me drink his.” Max explained as jack rolled up his sleeve to show two bite marks.
“And I eat tomatoes.”
“Does it hurt it him though?” A.j asked.
“No. Before my teeth changed I could still heal myself, and we only did it went we were either out of tomatoes or when we were in a place that had no tomatoes, that’s were he gets some his calcium from, cooked tomatoes.” Jack answered. As they got to school they saw that Sam was flirting with another girl. A.j got mad. Jack thought it was because Sam was flirting with another girl, but then, his heart sank. It was because he kissed Alex, if they really were a thing, he was cheating. Max thought A.j was mad because he liked Sam and seeing him with a girl made him kind of mad. He did not know why. Jack just went over there when A.j was about to. Jack was yelling at Sam but the others could not understand. A.j then ran over when jack punched Sam.
“Jack what on the world!? Why did you hit him?!” Max said as he finally ran over. A.j grabbed jack and held his arms as he tried to get away.
“He is just a big fat cheater! Alex felt love, at least a little! And he kissed her! She was mad but calmed down! He does not even love her! He just wanted popularity! He just flirts with all of other girls!” Other girls started coming over. A.j let go of jack but he still stayed there.
“Dude stop talking...” Sam said as more girls came over.
“NO! ALL THESE GIRLS LIKE YOU BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU LOVED THEM.” Alex came over to see what was going on.
“Alex don’t listen to him! None of you! He just wants attention!” Sam yelled to all the girls. Alex started laughing. Sam looked more scared.
“you really think that I liked you. I was waiting for this. I knew even after that kiss that you did not like me. And I knew jack saw. I wanted him to see.” She said looking back and giving jack a mysterious look and a grin. Jack looked confused but felt bad.
“If he did not see, he would not know about your other girlfriends. And after it he saw it, the better. Maybe you will get a girl, but by this I know you won’t.”
“What the heck Alex!” He said shooting her a glare, she wasn’t phased. Alex walked away but still kept her head up.
“Freak you too Sam!” She giggled. All the other girls threw papers at Sam that had his number. Sam looked sad and was so shocked. Later his parents came and they took him away.
“Dude thank you for showing me the truth.” A.j said to jack. “I can’t believe I fell for that guy-“
“well your not the only one..” a voice interrupted.
