History And Preparation
Chapter 2
Palmistry
started of
back in 300 BC, where
wizards
and
gypsies
from ancient Egypt, Chaldean,
and ancient India first started
reading the magic behind hands. These
ideas eventually spread to China, Tibet,
Persia
and other countries in Asia and Europe.
Information
and laws on palmistry were found in many wizard Vedic
scripts. One
ancient text wizard
astronomers found, known
as “The
Teachings Of Vlamiki
Maharshi
on
Male Palmistry”, contained
567 stanzas on all the important aspects of palmistry.
Palmistry
had spread by 200
BC to ancient Greece, during Alexander's reign. His
sword makers were gypsies who told him his future through
palmistry. A
famous muggle
known as Aristotle wrote:
“Palmistry is a judgement made of the conditions, inclinations and
fortunes of men from the various lines and characters imprinted in
the hands”.
And
even today, palmistry lives on. You'll
learn more history along the way, but for now, let's get started with
palmistry preparation.
It
is possible
to read
fortunes off of what
we call “raw” hands(unprepared hands), but
it's better for your skin and hygiene to clean
up before the reading.
In
preparation, make sure to:
-
Wash
your hands. Make
sure to use soaps that
are skin-sensitive and moisturizing, possibly
containing olive oil and jojoba.
Don't
use too hot water, because it'll dry out your hands.
-Use
an lotion
regularly. You
can buff off dead skin with
smooth
skin. But
make sure not to over-do it: we just want your hands clean, not
pillow soft.
-If
you're
doing this in a dark setting, make sure to have a very
bright
lamp, alternatively
an
overcharged Lumos. You're
going to have to be able to see every crease
in your palm.
