Lesson #5 (midterm)

Chapter 5
Gnomes are no taller than 1 foot. They love to live by wizarding homes and dig up gardens and live in gnome holes. Rated XX and viewed as pests. Remove gnomes with The Javary and The Spin and Toss Method.

Spin and toss method:
1. Get ahold of gnome and grab leg
2. Drop gnome over fence which will make getting other gnomes easier
If they bite and gets infected go to healer

Symptoms of it being infected:
Swelling, inflammation, fever, fatigue, tenderness, and limpness

Doxies (aka a bitting fairy) are small and they fly. They are blue and have an extra set of arms and legs. Their wings are shiny like a beetle. They have razor sharp teeth and much more dangerous bite than gnomes (the bite will release venom) the best cure is The Antidote to Common Poisons. Allergic reaction may occur including:
Pain, swelling of lips, throat, or tongue, difficulty breathing, and wheezing

They create nests behind drapes and other places that easily move. They lay up to 500 eggs at a time. No spells can be used so you must use Doxycide (paralyzes doxy immediately but not permanently, so you must move fast)
