Chapter 1
In 1997-1998, defense against the dark arts was legal, and wasn’t a course here at hogwarts
There are 3 spell catergories-jinx, hex, and curse
5 categories of dark magic- potions, spells, creatures, practices, and artifacts
Using an unforgettable curse could end up giving yourself a life sentence in Azkaban
The wand lighting charm-
To produce the spell, simply say lumos while moving your wand in a counterclockwise loop
To extinguish the spell, say nox while flicking your wand
