A sigil is an embossed emblem, figure, symbol, word, letter, etc., used as attestation or evidence of authenticity.

Sigils are meant to stay deep in your subconscious, using their abstract shape to help you conjure up & manifest the real behavior.

Sigils are made by rearranging letters till they're unrecognizable shapes, & using those shapes as spells. There are no rules to sigil construction, activation, & disposal, but here is a popular way:

How to a Sigil

1) Positively state your intention
I AM AT PEACE

2) Cross out all vowels and repeating letters
IMTPC

3) Rearrange the letters into a shape until you like it

4)Cast it
Meditate on it, wave a crystal over it, etc.

5) Dispose of it
Many people burn it, or let it dissolve in water. But some hang them in a prominent place or keep it in a box.
