Chapter 2
The Diary of Fire Phoenix
(nickname will be Fire)
As I walked barefoot on the freshly cut grass I spinned slowly in several circles. I'd always loved nature. I went beside the lake and put one foot in. I heard my mother call my name and I turned to respond when I was pulled into the water with a fast jolt. I heard my mother's screams as I tried to go up to breathe for air. I opened my eyes and was startled to see an alligator.Now this wasn't the usual alligator that would try to eat you. No, I quickly realized this was different. The animal gently pulled me fast under to where in the distance I could see a gold looking small house. as we got closer I noticed I could breathe normally again! We went inside the house that was now a size bigger than a mansion. The alligator left me inside and went up. I could picture the next visitor being pulled down to this magnificent place.
