Chapter 3
Hello!
Thanks for reading my book :)
I don't know whether I should say this not, but whatever....
So, after I published the book, Abi
Potter owled me and told me whether she could use Ginny and Luna in her book and that my book was amazing.
I thanked her and said sure but not to make it too similar.
But it is similar, i.e. the title is 'the light headed blonde and the fiery ginger'. I put a lot of thought into my title and was insulted that she just copied it.
The story also starts by Ginny and Luna meeting in a train. Ginny also asks why Luna is wearing radishes as earrings. Coincidence? I don't think so.
I asked Abi to change the book. I also checked and saw that she was online. I kept asking her to change it. Finally, I gave in and just asked her to change her the title. Did she do that? No.
Even my best friend asked her to change it but she didn't respond.
Maybe this is a small issue.l, but I don't want my books to be plagiarized by others. Writing is something very special to me and I don't want to lose it to others.
If you're one of Abi's friends then please ask her to change it. If not, then just don't read it. I don't want others taking credit for my ideas.
If you feel like I'm being rude, then please owl me. I don't really feel sure about this.
Thank you for your time
