Contact tracing is using a persons phone to see what other phones they have been near.
This lets the government see which people have been near who.
If someone gets Coronavirus they can see who they have been near and quarantine that person to slow the spread.
Korea has used this very effectively and Countries like Cyprus are also using it very well.
