Chapter 2
Tessa's P.O.V. June 11, 2007
I was putting away my dishes after breakfast when I saw something on the porch. It looked like the daily news paper, so I went to get it. On the front I see my name. I read the article, shocked when I finished. "Father! Come here. They're spreading rumors about me". My father came into the kitchen, confused. I gave him the newspaper. He read it, then told me: "Get out of your pajama's, we're going to the news station."
I ran upstairs to my closet, put a white shirt, and camo jeans on. I tucked my shirt into my jeans. I grabbed my Adidas, put them on, brushed my teeth, then put my hair into 2 french braids. I grabbed my phone, and a necklace my mom gave me before she died, then me and father headed to the news station (In a car).
