There are three main reasons why you should study history. It is important because right now we are living history, without it we can't possibly survive, and magical folk wouldn't know what to do! Those are the three main reasons why you should study history.
The first reason you should study history is that we are living it, making it and because we are in it. Right this second, as I am typing out this word, I am making history. If you look at a timeline there is no spot in time where you are not moving or doing anything for 2 seconds. It just doesn't happen. So, right now, this very second, as I am typing this word, I am making history. That is the first reason you should study history.
The next reason you should study history is that no one would be able to survive without it. Think about Chernobyl from Ukraine. Say that happened again. There are two worlds, one that studies history and one that does not. Since one of the world's studies history, we might know how to stop it. In the nuclear power plant, the people that are working might realize that something is wrong and have time to evacuate. Also, people could have higher security so things don't just blow up. Then we have a world where we don't study history. Chernobyl already happened, but we don't have any notes on it so we don't know what to do. 57 people died directly from the Chernobyl incident, so another 57 more could die from us simply not studying history. The first world was better off just because they studied history, and the other did not. That is the second reason you should study history.
The last of many reasons you should study history is magical folk would not know what to do. (This is for magical folk only.) If we did not study history we would not know that there was a statue made to separate magical people from normal people, so the world would be a mess. We also would not know that underage students can't use magic outside of school. Laws would be broken every second and war would break out every minute. That is the last reason why you should study history.
Those are the three main reasons why we should study history. It is important because right now we are living history, without it we can't possibly survive, and magical folk wouldn't know what to do! Those are the three main reasons why you should study history. Did I convince you to study history? I hope I did!!! History is a fun way to learn about things.
