This book is another way how the Harry Potter books could have ended. Personally I like the way they ended, but this is the way I always thought it would end. Enjoy

The Gryffindor Common Room.
Chapter 2
When Harry and Ron entered the common room, they found Hermione talking to Ginny.
"He's useless, he didn't even want to help bring the first years up here" Hermione was saying.
"Nothing new" Ginny replied "He's been like that ever since I can remember."
Hermione turned around and saw Ron and Harry standing there.
"Might as well hand your badge back" Hermione said as she passed Ron.
Ginny came storming over to Ron. "Why didn't you help" "Your a prefect" "Does that mean anything to you?"
"Yeah but.." Ron started before he was cut of by Ginny.
"Well you should have helped Hermione bring the first years up here then" Ginny said angrily before walking up the staircase and into the girls dorm.
"You probably should have helped" Harry said.
"Now your against me too?"
The next morning when Harry went down to the common room he found Hermione there.
"I don't know why you even talk to him, like he's useless, your amazing, totally the opposite" Hermione said.
"Well, sometimes he can be useless" Harry said.
"Sometimes more like all the time" Hermione scoffed.
"Look, I know your angry with him, but you need to talk to him, otherwise our friend group will split up" Harry tried to persuade Hermione.
"No way would I talk to that useless thing" "You should have been prefect Harry, not Ron"
"Well, Dumbledore made Ron and you prefects so that's that."
Harry and Hermione walked down to the Great Hall together and sat down at the Gryffindor table. Ron entered a few minutes later and walked in the opposite direction and sat right down the other end of the table with Seamus and Dean.
