Sad: Why?
Think of the good things. Allow yourself to cry, don't hold it back.
Depressed: Why? Think of the good things. Go outside. Talk to someone. Let them know.
Guilty: What did you do? What can you do to make it right? Apologize.
Self harm: Love yourself. Self harm is stupid. What good does it do?
Wanna be dead: You are loved. Appreciate yourself. NOBODY wants you to be dead. Your family would be heart broken. They may not show it, but it's true.
Feel like you deserve nothing: You do. You deserve love, you do. That's all I have to say. You do.
Self hate: Love yourself. Go to a mirror, and repeat this 7 times: "You are strong, beautiful, loving, helpful, and awesome."
