~~Harry's POV~~
-------later that night-----------

I tightly wrapped my-Draco's jacket around me, shivering not from the cold, but from anticipation. I needed to stop lying to myself, I knew it wasn't my jacket, why was I still pretending? What I really needed to do was return it, but I couldn't bring myself to do that, either.

Suddenly the door to the room creaked open, and I sunk farther into the old couch.

" Harry?" A voice, Draco's I was sure, called.

I nodded, then felt stupid since obviously he couldn't see me. " Yes, it's me, Draco. Come on in, please." I said, trying to make my confusion and hurt penetrate the air. Maybe then he would feel bad for his actions, repent, and take me back.

Draco hopped in the room, and, as quietly as possible and without looking at me, closed the door. He turned around, his gaze glued to the floor.

I stood up, and slowly walked to meet him. Scrounging up all my courage, I looked right where his eyes would be, had he been standing in full height, forcing him to look right back at me.

Putting on my brave face, I crossed my arms and looked at my beloved Draco.

" Well, you've got some explaining to do." I said, trying to sound indifferent but my voice caught on the end and I turned away so he wouldn't see me crying.

I expected him to hold me, kiss me, and make me feel better, but no such luck. Draco just stood there, awkwardly staring at me as I sobbed.

I honestly had no idea it was possible for my heart to hurt that much.
