Chapter 1
~~Draco's POV~~
Harry scowled, and I could tell he was holding back tears. " Ginny, Dean-What do you want?"
Ron stepped next to Ginny. " She did the right thing! I don't know what you were thinking, Potter!" He said, and a tear fell from Harry's eye.
Hermione swallowed. " Harry, I'm your best friend. And that will never change." She glared at Ron, and turned to face the Great Hall.
" Everyone, I have talked to Harry and Malfoy, and it's all lies! Harry still loved Ginny, that's why he pretended it was true! He didn't want her to look like a liar!"
I slowly withdrew my arm from around Harry's shoulders, pouting.
Ginny turned on Hermione, red-faced. " How dare you call me a liar! Dean and I saw it with our own eyes! Right, Dean?" And she whipped around, where Seamus was kissing Dean.
Ginny gasped, and fled from the Hall. Ron, glowering at us, chased after her. Luna and Neville returned to their seats. Hermione sat down across from Harry.
" You guys got lucky." She said, grabbing a turkey leg. " I might not be able to cover for you next time."
" Yeah, it was awesome when Gin turned around and saw Dean and Seamus snogging! Totally supported our cause!" Harry said, laughing.
He was too adorable. I quickly made sure no one was looking, and pecked him on the cheek.
" What was that for?" He asked, not looking my way. I assumed it was to hide our relationship, but I still felt a little hurt. He couldn't even look at me?
" You're just so adorable, couldn't help myself." I said, staring at the table. I looked up to see Harry smiling, and Hermione glancing at the two of us with a raised eyebrow.
" Shut up, Granger." I said, my face burning.
She smirked, then glanced behind her. " Uh-oh." She said.
" What?" Harry asked, the smile fading from his face.
Nervous, I glanced over Hermione's shoulder, and my jaw dropped.
" Oh, no..." I muttered.
Harry swallowed.
I closed my eyes, waiting as three professors strode for our table.
