Self Harm

Chapter 6
As I said before, self hatred is what led me to self harm. There are plenty of reasons people harm themselves though. There are:
-self hatred
-anger
-numbness
-and so many more

I have some tricks to help stop:
-Draw an animal (your favorite animal or one that has meaning to you) on the place you harm yourself. Draw it every time you have an urge to harm yourself. Then name the drawing after someone important to you. Then think: if I harm myself, I've harmed (someone important to you). You cannot harm yourself until it fades naturally.

-(TheLibrarian(Libs) suggested this to me) The same method as the one above, but instead of animal, draw a heart to symbolize love.

-Meditate

-Listen to Music

-Write your Feelings in a Journal

-Write all the Hurtful Words in your Head on a Plate, then Destroy the Plate (This symbolizes that you are destroying the hurtful words)
