-Dukuwaqa native to Fiji, can transform between a man and shark at will

~Alchemy

-transmutations turn a base into a noble metal
-transmutations are more permanent and physical than transformations
-transmutations take much longer with no essence of what it once was left
-many different methods
-Several factors:
-metal you're transmuting and the target metal
-other aspects (elements, planets, etc)
-must know when the transitional starts, when the midpoint transitional is, and when it officially ends
-some methods include using the 4 elements (earth, fire, water, air)
-some require metal to soak in potion

~Potions

-most widely used alternate method of transfiguration
-multiple ones to alter voice, appearance, and other characteristics
-Polyjuice Potion: complicated, turns one person's appearance into the other
-allows you to completely take the form of another
-effects only last 1 hr
-other form can be maintained as long as you keep drinking though
-Wolfsbane helps werewolves to keep their mind sane if drank the week of the full moon
